General Terms

Account Registration & Verification

Account Security

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network is prohibited.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Specific policies apply to financial transactions on 04xor. All deposits and withdrawals must be completed through payment methods approved by 04xor.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Users must use their own payment account when depositing — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Depositing funds from fraudulent or illegal sources is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• 04xor reserves the right to review any transaction for anti-money laundering purposes.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

04xor offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, and users must read them carefully.

Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳16,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳31,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
• Example: Receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means ৳20,000 (৳2,000 × 10) in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

General Bonus Usage Rules

• One account cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• Winnings accumulated using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• A deposit must be made within the specific promotional time window to claim the bonus.
• Attempts to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account cancellation.
• 04xor reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Gaming Policy

Gaming Environment Terms

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Operating multiple accounts or sharing the same bonus among multiple family members.
• Making artificial transactions for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial method.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system.
• Threatening or harassing other users, staff, or 04xor.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
• Attempting fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.

Account Suspension & Closure

04xor reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under certain circumstances.

Reasons for Account Closure

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Failure to verify identity or age.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Suspicious money laundering activity.
• Account closure at the user's own request.
• Self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

Voluntary Account Closure by the User

A user may request to close their account at any time. In such a case, any remaining balance (subject to fulfillment of all wagering conditions) may be withdrawn.
